Keep Your Insurance, Keep Your Doctor, AND Pay Less... Say What?!?

"If you like your plan, you can keep it..." 

BLAH BLAH BLAH

You've heard the soundbites and the rhetoric again and again with just slight variation, but a less often quoted version is BY FAR my favorite.

Shortly after the launch of the Healthcare Reform Agenda, the White House hosted its first forum on reform on March 5, 2009. 

Addressing the group of attendees, President Obama stated:

"I think most of us would agree that if we want to cover all Americans, we can't make the mistake of trying to fix what isn't broken, so-- if somebody has insurance they like, they should be able to keep that insurance. If they have a doctor that they like, they should be able to keep their doctor. They should just pay less for the care that they receive." 

Keep my insurance, Keep my doctor, AND pay less?!? 

It sounds almost too good to be true! 

Please tell us B.O. Barnum, how much is a ticket to this Circus going to cost us?
